SphinxHire is an AI recruitment platform: jobs, a careers page, applications screened by AI, a hiring pipeline, interviews, candidate emails and reports. We keep improving it, and we will tell you before removing anything you rely on.

• Your Admin invites your team and chooses each person's role. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping sign-ins safe.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Everything you put into SphinxHire (jobs, candidates, resumes, notes, feedback) belongs to you. We use it only to provide SphinxHire to you, as described in our Privacy page. You can export your candidates at any time, and we delete your information after you leave, once you have had the chance to export it.

• You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for following the laws that apply to them, including telling applicants how their information is used.
• The AI suggests; it does not decide. A person on your team must review applicants before moving, rejecting or hiring them. Don't use SphinxHire to decide anything about someone automatically.
• Don't use SphinxHire to discriminate, to send spam, or to store anything you have no right to hold.

The price is shown on our front page or in your order, plus GST. Hiring managers and interviewers are free. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. If an invoice stays unpaid for 30 days after we remind you, we may pause your account until it is paid; your information is kept safe meanwhile.

We work hard to keep SphinxHire available and secure, and we back up your information every day. Sometimes we need short maintenance breaks; we plan them for quiet hours and tell you in advance when we can. We can't promise the service will never be interrupted.

You can stop using SphinxHire at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why and giving you a chance to fix it, unless the problem is serious or the law requires us to act at once.

SphinxHire is provided with care but “as is”. Neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect losses, such as lost profits. Our total responsibility to you in any year is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, decide any dispute we cannot settle together. Questions: write to hello@sphinxhireai.com.
